This is where I will post every morsel of food that passes my lips in addition to my exercise. I'm hoping that having to STOP and take a picture of my food will allow me to THINK about what and how much I'm putting on my plate. In this New Year when so many are making resolutions I hope to pull from that inspiration and work on my (over-)EATING and EXERCISING (or lack thereof). In short, this is an accountability attempt!
