Homemade broccoli soup

I sautéed one onion in olive oil. Then made a rouge with 1TBS butter and 2TBS white flour. I added one carton of low sodium vegetable stock. Than I added in 2 heads of chopped broccoli and let it simmer 20 minutes. Then I creamed it up in the blender.

I ate 1 large bowl topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. I also ate 1 slice of white bread with butter.

To drink I had one glass of berry tea with 1tsp of no-calorie sweetener.
